1 Bottle of Everclear or other highly flammable liquid.

Just in case it wasn't clear the first time. taking the length and momentum out of the equation the fight is more or less equal. Unless the guy is really good at entangling/grappling with nunchaku. Although it doesn't sound like Kikkoman is planning on using it for chokes.

Most guys at Dog Brothers gatherings are good at using sticks in grappling range, however...

Pfft, quite a few heavy metal bands made that discovery before you were even born.
