Just finished watching the weigh in vids. Penn is looking fit and trim, you would be heard pressed to call him chubby at all.

As much as I love GSP, I think Penn is taking it. Can't wait for tonight.

I am hoping that ALL the Canadians win, of course. But I am especially interested in the outcome of Rob Mc Donald's fight. I have met him before and his younger brother is a good friend of my brother in law's.
The guy he is up against has quite a bit more experience than he does, is about three inches shorter but weighs the same as Rob. I think he has his work cut out for him.
From what I know of him, Rob is a very well mannered and decent individual. I wish him the best tonight!
    GO CANADA!!

I hope I win. I just layed down $110 on two long shots:

    Penn
MacDonald. (couldn't pass up the 2.5 to 1 odds)

Honestly, some of these fights seem fairly stacked in favor of the US. Guess we'll find out on Saturday. Or some of us will. I'll be at a fucking charity event.
I missed Penn and Midoux dropped out. Go me.

Damn, the beating Franklin laid down on The Crow will go down in history. That was brutal. I was really dissapointed to see Penn lose, but was I surprised by how sharp his punching looked. The decision was close, but I can see why they gave it to St. Pierre.
I pointed at him [the panhandler], bringing my rear hand up in a subtle approximation of the double Wu Sau guard that is the default hand position in Wing Chun Kung Fu.

    "Step away," I hissed.

I was super disappointed with Loiseau's shameless running. Franklin really is way ahead of the rest of his division right now.

    Yay for GSP though!!!!
