Every martial art has potential if you spar and try to apply your techniques in a setting where the person is resisting! Although, I think it'd be funny for someone to make some kind of Cheapshot-do. The art of attacking someone who doesnt know you're going to attack them! Perform deadly wristlocks and all sorts of unrealistic moves. I'm sure you could do a double spin jumping kick to someone who was standing waiting for a bus... just attack them from behind!

BJJ might make you a better ground fighter, but Judo will make you a better dancer.

That's called street-fighting: hit them before they hit you, preferably while they're looking in an entirely different direction and don't even know they're in a fight yet. You don't need to train it, you just have to know when's the right time to do it. :P

Budo has nothing to do with it nor does MMA.

Personally, I feel he means MMA cross trains. Something many (if not all) Masters did back in the day. I think it is the fact they test there skills. The problem is it stopped. Now when people see KK or MMA theycan't believe CMA ever fought.

    Same applies to your art.

whaddya weigh in at in the red trunks? The guy in the black trunks looked a weight class higher, unless you're in superheavy, which I doubt. Good stuff.

My weight in that fight was 201 with clothes on. His weight was 225 after dropping from 250. He squeaked into the weight class @ 206 34 hours earlier. My typical fight weight is between 170 and 185.

Omega, is it true that your nose cannot be broken because there isn't actual bone within it? I think I read that somewhere awhile back.

If so, how many pro fighters would love to have that for an asset?
