Whats funny in the video is that he says its a demo of him using two at once and whatever but then he throws one away and starts using only one.

Also the military pants/boots/posture are suposed to give him credibility ? intimidate ?

I thought we already established that the Choy Lay Fut contraption that looks like a bladed coat rack was the crappiest weapon.

Nunchucks have given me permanent nerve damage in my left elbow, but i can't stop picking them up.

I wouldn't use it as a weapon, as they're of the prohibited variety up here in canukistan.
However, they are great for stretching. The only practical purpose i can think of.
Besides of course, their original purpose. But I live in a city, not a rice field.

That Hung Leung video was hilarious, I found a lot of their sparring to be similar to retard-do, blitz forward, swing wildly, call it sparring.

Yes, the 9 dragon trident is indeed comical, but it has a multitude of blades. Engaging an enemy and not being effective requires the greatest of kung fu skill.

    Nunchaku have their place.

I once had to use them to subdue two crazed female attackers.

My standard weaponry proved useless despite long hours of rigorous training.
