The McDojos and Bullshidoka that they serve have co-opted the term "traditional". They're actually pseudotraditional. Wearing feudal Japanese underwear and bowing to a picture of Bruce Lee doesn't make you traditional.

However, the Gi is Japanese Underwear. You suppose to wear a Hakama over it. So you either wearing underwear or a skirt boy.

There is a big difference between Japanese Ko Ryu and idiot pseudotraditionalists.

My half assed research on google says that Muso Shinden Ryu is a subset of Iado.

I have a feeling if it's Japanese Asia knows it.

Muso Shinden Ryu is a Iaido school. However, knowing Iaido from another system doesn't you know Muso Shinden Ryu.

OK, but to be fair to Asia we can't expect him to have studied every version and variation of Karate, Iado or any MA. So for sake of testing his almost "rainman-esque" knowledge of MA we need to find not just a version or particular school of a Martial art that he has never studied.

So the question should be has he studie Iado
