What have I weaseled out of? You were given the chance to fight a real MMA fighter, and instead you tried to make it about you and me.

Coward. Everyone knows I don't represent the MMA strikers you said were sloppy.

Stupid, You can fool most anyone here. except me. I'm not after BJJ or MMA or anything like that. Just like you aren't after kung fu(supposedy). YOU are after ME. personally.

Why didn't you ask/threat Ronin or the dozen other people that agreed/made the same critique as me? Why? Because you know I'm not going to bother to go ahead and get into a ring with people that I have no beef with.

However, since you are going after me personally, I will be gunning for you. You are a coward. you will NEVER face me. Comeing to vegas anytime soon? see you there.

Um... Hello? I've been saying that my school promoted westen boxing extensively since the first day I got here.

When I talked to the Gong Fu Laoshe about the sportive combat club I want to start up here at the school Boxing was one of the sports I mentioned as necessary.

And I do san da, I have never done Muai Thai.

Stop talking out of your ass for a minute and open your ears.

You have simply cemented my point. San Shou guys will never admit that Muay Thai originated their sport.

I train in Muay Thai; I've seen a lot of San Da. The hands look similar, because they're both boxing. The roundhouse kicks look kinda similar, but honestly I think San Da round kicks typically look a lot more like kyoukushin. The clinching looks entirely different, even when they're striking from it instead of throwing, and I'd like to know the last time anyone say a Thai boxer throwing a side kick.

The sports look somewhat similar because they both allow a lot of the same techniques, but even the pure striking parts of San Da look pretty clearly distinct from Muay Thai to me. If you continue to claim that it originates with Muay Thai, I'd like to see some kind of proof for the statement.

Because that is complete bullshit... Like your San Da comes from Thailand argument. Complete, unadulterated, 100% grade A Bullshit.

Fatherdog let me sum up Thaiboxerken's proof:

1: Some San Da players wear Muay Thai shorts.
2: Some San Da players use a type of punching bag usually used by Muay Thai players.

That's it... Bad fashion sense and punching bags... The rest is a bunch of vague assertations that Gong Fu can't possibly include repetitious technique drilling or sparring which were (according to him) invented in Thailand.

    Thai Short
    Thai Pads
    Long Bags for training
They (kung fu guys) started sparring
They actually started to hit people in competitions.
They learned that breaking sweat isn't when it's time to stop training
They do Ram Muay before matches (dead giveaway)
They wear Monkons into the ring (another dead giveaway)

Any denial of these is simply PRC propoganda and shows that you are a commie pig.
