I think I saw that show. Is that the one where the fat and tall white guy was "full contact" sparring with the short asian master and the sensei was hitting fatty full power in the chest, without getting any in return? Adult Cartman couldn't get past the master's blocks, but they both kept their hands at chest level, and were both open for head shots, but they didn't take them 'cause it was against their sparring rules? Reminded me of crappy TKD. It's a real bad habit to keep your hands low. They need to spar against folks actually trying to hit them in the head. I mean, do they condition their skulls and faces?

It didn't look like any sort of conditioning, it looked like pain for pain's sake. The guy he was doing it to obviosly had some sort of self esteem problem - he looked like a snowman with a gland problem in his gi. Obviously those years of body hardening hadn't done him any good.
