    Yeah, it was invented during the Ding Dong Dynasty, around the same time as kimchi.

    Although the Koreans did invent it 30000 years ago, the Chinese made the gun powder for it around 1000 years ago. Until then, the Koreans just threw them at their enemies.

    Until the Japanese copied it. However, without the advance technology of the Koreans, they had to simply the design. They called it shuriken.
