Wow...Ernesto Hoost just barely makes it then and 238...it's a good thing he doesn't weigh 12 pounds more, or his thighs might just be too heavy for him to possibly lift that high...

    Genius...

Um, I'm 260 lbs. and I can kick to the head. (I'm 6'1, so towering over most folks, helps, too, it requires less flexibility. Although, in our recent SD TD, I was heel kicking in front of a 6'6 guy's face.) Only in sparring, though, I wouldn't try that **** in a real fight. In real fight's I don't like to kick at all. Too big of a chance to trip and fall. The most I'll do is knee, 'cause you can strike with the knee, then put your foot right immeadiately down.

This thread reminds me of Lone Wolf McQuade when David Carradine disarms a gun by SPINNING CRESCENT KICKING the guy's hand. I mean, we've all seen the regular crescent kick against a knife, hell I've practiced that. But spinning? I remember yelling BULLSHIT at the screen. My Praying Mantis bud and I were just talking the other night about how slow Carradine was and is, and how much better Kung Fu would've been with ANYONE else.

By the way, look at my location.
Missouri (or at least St. Louis) has the most obese people living there of any state (or city) in the union, not to mention the most meth labs and third highest crime rate.
I see more porkbeast in three days than you do in a month, so don't you dare tell me about weight.
