    Is this a written rule?
I did one some 2 weeks ago in a USJF tournament. Didn't get a tap but he opened for juji.
My sensei is chief of the Standards Commitee of USJF and a national ref (http://www.usjf.com/committee/standardscommittee.php) and he's fine with it.
At least the version where you put in your forearm, not your shin.

Well, I am not sure about the USJF, I have never seen a tournament under thier rules. I am more familar with USJI and USJA.
And that's when I figured out that tears couldn't make somebody who was dead alive again. There's another thing to learn about tears, they can't make somebody who doesn't love you any more love you again. It's the same with prayers. I wonder how much of their lives people waste crying and praying to God. If you ask me, the devil makes more sense than God does. I can at least see why people would want him around. It's good to have somebody to blame for the bad stuff they do. Maybe God's there because people get scared of all the bad stuff they do. They figure that God and the Devil are always playing this game of tug-of-war game with them. And they never know which side they're gonna wind up on. I guess that tug-of-war idea explains how sometimes, even when people try to do something good, it still turns out bad.

I saw nothing in my rule book about it but I thought it was brought up in a rules meeting for a ladder tournament and it was deemed illegal. But according to the book it is legal.

Lord knows the man can afford it! I recently found out how much money he makes at his real job, which would be nearly ten times what I make.

But you wont find any credentials to his name so there is no use giving it. Bash away. Its not like I havent been flamed to **** for using the same thing everyone else does with a different name.
You my friend........are fulla ****. Please don't ever feel qualified to contribute to the techniques or tactics until you have some actual study. And no, grabassing with your friends doesn't count.

MONGO's recent intolerance of Jackassery makes me happy.

As far as I know their competition rules are the same (at least for adults).
