3 days a week w/gi, two or three w/out
2) How often do you train takedowns?
3-4 days/wk

4) How often do you roll with strikes?

so wait... ****, when do I stop being a striker? I do BJJ and MMA, but I'm pretty sure I'll always consider myself a striker. -

1) How often do you train grappling?
Depends on what you mean by grappling, in MT I do clinch sparing maybe 2-3 times a week
2) How often do you train takedowns?
Take downs are a part of the clinch sparing which can include MT style throws/sweeps
3) How often do you train striking with takedowns?
All Clinch sparring are done with curve knee strikes, while doing MT throws/sweeps
4) How often do you roll with strikes?
uhh... If I fall with my clinch sparring partner (and I'm on top position,I get back up by pressing on his belly or if he falls when I throw him I may sometimes land a kick when the ref does not see =) -
Do you eat breakfast?
