    If your art
    A) spars hard, regularly, and
    B) includes grappling and groundwork,

you are a fair bet to smack the crap out of an untrained* grown man, even if you are a 5'3" woman, if you've been training a while.

I think plenty of people who train BJJ had plenty of stories of seeing the big football player come in and get his ass handed to him by the junior white belts. I know I do.

This is why, Smeagol, your statements about his daughter not possibly being able to defend herself against a grown man are ridiculous bullshit, and you should shut the hell up.

*Ninja cultists will generally count as "untrained" for the purposes of this discussion.

no, they will not count as "untrained" just because you like it to be that way.
they were crazy and didn't think twice about walking into a so called "martial arts place" and frighten everyone, including the girl.

crazy grown up man > frightened tiny girl

Crazy does not equal good, and scared does not equal ineffective.

    to reduce the equation further:-

Crazy is no better or worse than frightened (without more context)

so we'll consider them equal for now.

if we assume muscle mass is equal, we'll assume man == girl.

    We're left with.

    grown up > tiny .

which all other things being equal, is true.

However, we also seem to have 'hard sparring style' vs. 'delusional cultist led by human orca'.

Who would have thought that a simple assertion that a "child" generally cannot handle an adult would be met with so much misplaced chivalry, macheesmo and pathetic racism and homo jokes.

Hows about let's get back to some good ol' fashioned ninja-hatin'?
