Gracie Tampa is Rob Kahn's school...he was one of Royce Gracie's first blackbelts in the US. Rob was also a Golden Gloves boxer in NY I believe. I personally have enjoyed ROb's hospitality and would recommend him to anyone. If you get a chance, also chat with Aesopian, he is associated with Eduardo Delima who is an incredible BJJ instructor with schools in both Tampa and Clearwater. Eduardo is also very friendly.
I've posted this several times and please do not take my word for it and no disrespect is meant towards Rob or Eduardo's schools. The feeling I got from my one visit to each school was that Rob's teaching has more of an MMA bent/application and Eduardo's is more traditional BJJ. You would be receiving excellent instruction at both schools.

He's also a scrawny, computer nerd with long, hairy legs....wait...that's Aesopian. =P
I once tapped to an Aesopian triangle choke, not because I was about to pass out (ok, well maybe that had a little to do with it) but because his hairy ankles were tickling my neck and I was going to sneeze...so I needed my hands to cover my mouth since it is the polite thing to do.
