Anthony, edit the title. I guess you cant handle " The Turth".
I remember Vera's name from GQ but i didnt know he was fighting in MMA until this fight. If anyone hasnt seen the UFN fight, the Lloyd Irvin site has posted a HL of it (and some of his other fights), scroll down until you see the WM player window. http://www.lloydirvin.com/adult/nhb/index.html

Vera looks like a great fighter. I would like to see him fight Babalu at 205 or Buentello at heavyweight.
His standup is exceptional, and if his groundwork is as good as you guys say, he will be a force in the UFC.

Being the arnis-o-phile that I am, I want to know what kind of FMA he does :P

Brandon is Filipino, I don't think he does FMA.

He obviously has skills but something about him rubs me the wrong way. Winning your first fight against another fighter making his UFC debut and then calling out two champions of the organization is way too arrogant of a thing to do for my tastes. I doubt he'll look anywhere near as impressive if he gets his wish and has to face Chuck or Andrei.
