In fact it says "verbal submission", so my guess is that the TKD guy began to talk about how TKD doesn´t sucks just because 99% of the Dobangs do so, and how TKD is 2000 years old and battlefield-proven and all that jazz, until the BJJ guy rolled his eyes and walked away. Thus, the TKD guy won by "verbal submission".

No, dude verbally gave up (a la Jeremy Horn and Chuck Lidell), didn't want to continue the fight. He took too many kicks to the body and leg is what he told everybody, it took the wind out of him and he couldn't breath anymore.
