The mullet of course, we're talking about hippies, isn't it?

On a bit more serious way: grab what is available at the moment. I like the back of the neck (and sometimes i grab hair for fun, not everybody is bald or has his head shaved).

In any case the clip is not "sparring" in the "Bullshido.com Approved Book Of Martial Arts Training Methods (TM)", it's a drill/experiment with limited purpose and needs to be put in a specific training context.

And no, it doesn't looks like Shodokan randori.

there was a gentleman that I haven't seen post here in a while. He had some resistant akido clips attached to his signature. It was very good, one of the clips had a dude subbing another with a wrist lock.

I liked DCS' video, but that tournament **** with the horrid knife work was an afront to my eyes.

I unfortunately do not have video of the sessions but I have had the honour of working out on many occasions with a friend who is a 2nd BB in Yoseikan Aikido, and who lived in the dojo and trained with Minoru Mochizuki for about 7 years.

Definitely not indicative of my opinion of the people doing Aikiki type work the Yoseikan guys can fight. Their ground work is sophisticated and thorough, the throws are impressive and the overall combat ability is very high. So even within the thorns of Aikido I believe there exists one small area of effective and coherent training.

Once again, this sort of thing is getting old:

    Shodokan Randori Clips

The topic has been covered several times already.

    Meh.
