is there anymore other good sites?

ive managed to download some UFC instruction videos, i m not sure what they call that type of fighting, but i think its more towards fighting in the ring?

dont learn from vids, look for instruction in person, take martial art classes from a Martial art school and get ready to be flammed.

this forum can be a great tool, but if you ask the wrong questions you will get your ass burned, dont be discouraged, find a school you would like to go to then post it here and the experts will check it out.
and KageKaze stop flamming noobs, this site is sopposed to get people on the right track not push them away :gaygay:, and put your real style in your style slot. Its no use trying to hide it.

No flaming n00bs is a good way to sort out real martial artists from whiners.

If you get punched in the face enough a few words shouldn't bother you. If it does, go to MAP or e-budo with the other whiners.
