The wording on http://www.looangfoopai.com/ reminds me of the first entry in a 'choose your own adventure' book from the fighting fantasy series. Anybody else remember those ?

He's just an all around fake. He claims that no fighting is needed to be able to fight. Do your forms and when put to the test your self defense would merely "come out". Yet I dont think he even belived this. He would never spar with anybody at the school claiming his skills were too far beyond ours. The only people that can fight there are people I taught. And from things I learned other places. Yet he claims and "open door policy" something I feel like taking him up on.

13. The man is quite litterally insane. He once challenged us to fight him with swords because, in an effort to protect him and his school from embarrassment, we "disrespected" his daughter.
14. I actually think this was said, but... he claims that his kung fu will teach his students to fight, yet NOT ONE of his "fighters" came to his school without already knowing how to fight from previous training, or, in a couple cases, teaching themselves how to fight off of videos and such.
15. (okay, so this only applies to me) When one of his students actually went out to prove the efficacy of his training by competing in San Shou fights, Eric Cruz did not support this student whatsoever. No extra training; never coming to watch a fight; and, after offering a sponsorship of a couple hundred dollars SEVERAL times, backing out at the last minute.
soo, basically... the guys a sh*t head.
