Bullshido is definitely for kids

The kung fu cinema hierarchy looks something like the following:

Old School Jackie Chan > Bruce Lee > Jet Li > *

And Michelle Yeoh gets an honorable mention as the greatest female kung fu actor ever.

However, in the case of Chinese Connection vs Fist of Legend... I'm going to have to go with Fist of Legend. Probably my favorite Kung Fu movie of all time.

I havn't read through all pages of this thread but I'd like to say:

I love these "Bullshido sucks you are all BJJ nutriders and think kungfu suck" posts. No matter how often the "BJJ fanboy club" myth gets put to rest someone has to come out and say it.

Bruce Lee movies are boring. The mid ninties Hong Kong flicks like "Drunken Master 2" and "Iron Monkey" pwn Bruce Lee and show how a Kungfu movie should be done.

Well, I got talked into judo by my aikido teacher and this site, and from there bjj class was a natrual extention. And slowly i'm being converted into the MMA competition mindset though chokes and armbars and MT/NHB classes that happen right after my bjj classes.

Its a horrible circle, I get my ass kicked, train harder, get my ass kicked, train harder in hopes that maybe someday I wont get my ass kicked.
