Style: Enshin Karate/Judo--
Dead horse beating ahead:
The thing is, there are a good deal of styles of Karate and TKD. Not all Karateka do the same moves. Some schools teach a roundhouse kick as an attack with the ball of foot. Others use the shin. Some spar. Others don't. Same with TKD. Comparing them is like apples and oranges. So, there really is no way to compare the two styles.
Besides, we all know most of the TKD and Karate guys would probably lose to wrestlers, Judoka, BJJers, etc.
By the way, 720degrees means you'd be spinning about twice completely around, which sounds like a really good way to expose your back. Just a heads-up. -
