yeah but you could hide behind severn and your attackers would never find you...
Oh, for sure. Outside the ring, I think Dan would be deadly, there would be no bell to save his opponent from his endless circling, he'd have a lock on boring his opponents to death.
When I watched him fight, I yelled out "Nobody wants to see a repeat of you and Shamrock, DO SOMETHING!!!". It was the most pathetic display of a lack of martial skill I have ever witnessed, firsthand.
I forgot about Shamrock. That guy looks scary. You seen dan severn in real life? Cool. what an honor. My buddy went to college on a wrestling scholarship. He seen severn wrestle i think for michigan state. Got to remember severn is pretty old. Old people circle alot.
He circled, no exageration, once every 45 seconds for the ENTIRE FUCKING FIGHT, until he started getting tired and Castro beat him down. It was very, very sad.
Well, when you take the fight to the ground, you preferably want to take your opponent with you

You can't practice Judo just to win a Judo Match! You practice so that no matter what happens, you can win using Judo!
The key to fighting two men at once is to be much tougher than both of them.

Usualy "that guy" is the only one I lock up. If two guys want to have a tussle and quit when I brake it up, I let them go. Bar fighting is an american institution that has been around a long time. If it was fair and honest, I'll let the, go. But not that guy...he is always lurking.
Huh, well that's fantastic. Would you believe that never happens anywhere else ever? Because I find it equally hard to believe it happens that often there, vs everywhere else.
