Style: BJJ - Homeland Security--
I've done this before when I really got in trouble, but I do it while posturing up so the person is lifted into the air. I then twist and dump them on their heads. This has worked against 200lbs men before.
Still, I wouldn't recommend it. You need to move out of turtle before they start putting hooks in or attack before they get behind you. Once the guy is on your back digging for hooks you're left with dangerous escapes like the one above. -
