Never hear of them.
I read that iron body in the shower thing.
Reads like a joke to me. Is that a joke site or what?“We are surrounded by warships and don’t have time to talk. Please pray for us.” — One Somali Pirate. -

NO no joke!! they are also posting those bogus exercises on forums for people to try. all the while trying to sell the dit da jow by claiming to be taught by shaolin monks. The training they are advocating is dangerous!! and its all marketing to sell their wares to those who believe this crap, trouble is this will cripple anyone who follows the iron palm exercises the 22 year old admitts he made up!. That was just his secret ironbody in the shower phase! Its truly the worst case of selling fantasy to young martial artist i have ever seen. Click on the second link to buy his products.
how do you get this idiot to stop this? -

He seems to be an idiot. Let him be as he has no clue. You see how "old" the master is. No training at a masters degree level of Chinese medicine. He seems to be another "master" without the credentials. but that is only MHO.

Hmmm ... invite the "master" and his peeps to attend a Throwdown ... might want to phrase so he's invited to do a "demo" of his kung fu as he's probably "too deadly" to actually spar.

I have a bit of experience with the iron palm. The art is authentic but finding a true teacher is nothing short of one big sharp pain in the ass. This guy looks like a fraud, and i've never heard of him.(I have seen his products over ebay though). Here are some basic facts about dit da jow, you all should be aware of. Its a very effective training aid, it will prevent brusing and heal brusing and various other injuries. IT is almost ALWAYS poisonous if taken interally(swallowed, or licked, or got into an open cut). He also doesnt do a good job of specifying the herbs he uses in making it. Some herbs are fine by themselves, but pose a danger when mixed with others. Others can never be taken by those who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, or fall under a plethora of other medical problems. While we're on the subject of frauds, check out www.ironpalm.com . Lacy Clay seems like a fraud and a charlatan to me.
