Thank you and goodnight. Just because I think Bjj is the best art for me doesn't mean I think it's the best art for everyone else. You BJJ nutriders make me want to puke.

You act like I did not live under russian occupation for 24 years...

I thought the first two letters in cyrilic were "CO" pronounced "SA".

But here they use SOMooborona, so go figure.

um, i hope you didn't take offense to that. it was meant in a joking manner. perhaps a :) was in order.

anyway, whenever my parents and i speak to each other the sound is most definitely a "sah" sound. which to me translates to a "ca". for example, "nasos" (or hose) has an "soh" sound and not a "nasas" sound. anyway, as far as i know, in russian there's a distinct difference between "ca" and "co".

i mean, the word comes from "sam" or essentially "self", i've never heard the word pronouced or written as "som".

And lo, Kano looked down upon the field and saw the multitudes. Amongst them were the disciples of Uesheba who were greatly vexed at his sayings. And Kano spake: "Do not be concerned with the mote in thy neighbor's eye, when verily thou hast a massive stick in thine ass".
