And Mike Tyson hits like a fucking truck, i dont see many karate guys built like him and i dont think youll ever find a karate guy that punches that hard. If you break your hand punching some one in the head your not properly trained, OMG i have to kick him in the head cause if i punch him my hand will break, lets just stop this now ok, you wount break your hand from punching someone. Mike Tyson wins a right hook and ear bite.
So nobody ever injures their hand from hitting somebody in the head?

And I definitely think you can find some karate guys that can punch that hard. Check the video I just posted, one gut-shot and the Chunner's down. And breaking a nose is nothing special, anybody can bust one with a lucky shot. I'd like to think I broke more than mine's been broken, but I'm not lame enough to keep a tally on it nor brag about it.

And bro, I've seen how the average TKDer punches. Calling it "powder-puff" is being nice. Even the best one I've met so far (who also trained for five years in JKD prior to that) still doesn't hit all that great compared to some of the people who've hit me before.

i know alot of TKDers punch like pussys, but i learned boxing before TKD from my grandpa who was a golden glove champion in his day, so i can punch pretty good, espesially for a TKDer
and sorry i dont think there is any karate guy that can punch as hard as Tyson. so tyson wins agian.

    I haven't.

Oh, no video. I must be bullshido. *gasp* OMFGsayitaintso.

edit: Oh, i remember when I hurt my hand in an altercation once, but i didn't have to hit anybody. This dude stole a bag from this chick i was hanging out with. (the dude is her ex-BF) anyway, he was riding away on a BMX and i tried to grab him, but missed. My hand kept trying to grab something, but the only thing i managed to catch was his rear wheel. My index finger got caught between the wheel and the bike, jamming the wheel and chip-fracturing the knuckle of the part of the finger closest to the nail. I was pissed off enough to not notice my finger was all fucked up. he jumped off the bike and gave the bag back. he was shaking and sweating and was all pale and ****. I think i scared the crap out of him. it was hilarious.

oh, no video. must be bullshit. doh.

Breaking your hand by tapping out frequently counts too, so you're still screwed. :XXphyhass

im bullshido to because i cant prove my claims, i guess every one breaks there hand punching. The only people i know that broke there hand punching sucked at fighting and threw wild hooks, hmmm. Well i guess they must just punch harder than me. And what about the guys who break concrete with the punches oh well i guess they are lucky. And what about Oyama breaking bulls horns when he fought them, how come he didnt break his hands. Oh yea i forgot he is magic.
And Koto Ryu what would you know about tapping, there isnt any grappling in your kumite is there?

Cause Mas Oyama didn't strike with a closed fist. The guys who usually break concrete with their fist have a small cloth on the top. You'd be surprised how much that little bit can give you some good protection. Even thin leather gloves will give you enough to protect your hands.

And the Phoenix Karatedo Organization (an offshoot of IKO1) does include limited grappling, mostly just positioning, escapes, and the most basic of submissions. I've also trained in Budo Taijutsu, which has **** that'll make you tap. Besides, any fool knows how to tap when he's getting the **** choked out of him or a limb's bending a way that doesn't tickle.

No. You're Bullshido because you do TKD and think you're a good puncher.
