    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    help please

i am experiencing some bad hip pain in my 'lead foot'.
it has become quite painful to perform kicks at times, this is the first time ive experienced this problem.
Does this happen to anyone else or am i just unlucky?
Does anyone know how to remedy it, or am i worrying about nothing?

    thanks

    Cut that leg off.

Seriously though, where exactly is the pain ? And when did it start, like, after you kicked something/someone or it started sudenly ?

the pain is in a muscle on the side of my hip, just behind it i guess, near the butt, but not on it. its like the muscle inbetween the thigh and the butt. when i massage it, it runs all the way down my leg, kind of tingling.

I think it is a result of too many restrained kicks, (ie: kicks where im not hitting a bag or kick pads/someones head etc.) but im no doctor.
It only started really bad this morning, after boxing training last night, even though i wasnt doing any kicks.
