Seattle area schools

Looking for a good MMA school around the Lynnwood area (bout 20 mins north of Seattle). I've read some of the other posts on the subject but couldn't really find what I was looking for.

http://www.pankration.com/ was recommended but looked to be a little expensive. I can't afford the $1000 up front for a year and $129 a month is a little too expensive for me.

Someone mentioned a decent MMA school in Everett but there wasn't a name. I think the one they were referring used to be Pearson's black belt academy (I think they've changed their name) but their webpage looks to be down.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
