    Well, I can already begin with one piece of information.

    Night before first starting excersise: Little to No sleep due to work.

    Edit: Yep, 3:11AM going strong via the wonders of bread mold growth reports...

    Almost 4, still going... seems likely that I will be still up at 7, therefore getting no sleep. Should be pretty important to note... also pictures will be posted at around 5PM as there's no way i'll be able to in the morning, Singapore time roughly GMT +8

    Monday: Start.

    7 Hindu Pressups (Pushups)
    5 Normal Pressups
    10 Normal Situps ... To work up for V-Ups, which I currently find too difficult.
    10 Tricep Dips
    50 Tai-Chi waist turners
    10 Vacums
    10 Arch-back and squeeze
    10 stomach flatteners
    Some wall walking... with abs squeeze...

    I'll post the descriptions later on...

    Note: No sleep whatsoever leading up to excersises.

    Breakfast: Chocolate Shreddies I believe :)

    Hmm, ok so far I suppose, can stand to do a lot more...not really 'feeling that burn' as it were... Oh well...

    School Time... :(

    For heavans sake.

    Its not a good idea to train when you have had no sleep. If you are going to train eat healthy foods. Forget the choclate shreddies eat lots of fruit.

    Ah well, they turned out to be mini-wheats with sugar.

    Any advice about the extent of training? More, less? Photos coming up
