This guy is in no way associated with Steve Crawford's American Jujitsu. We don't know him, never heard of him, and if he ever brought that weak **** here we would crush him. That is all.
And lo, Kano looked down upon the field and saw the multitudes. Amongst them were the disciples of Uesheba who were greatly vexed at his sayings. And Kano spake: "Do not be concerned with the mote in thy neighbor's eye, when verily thou hast a massive stick in thine ass".

Unless a book or video is recommended to you by someone whose skill and discernment you trust, and who has nothing to gain from you buying it, I'd advice against buying any book or video.

This includes videos made by famous "masters" of their style, and definently those made by winners of MMA/MT/TKD/whatever. Just because they have the belts or medals to show doesn't mean they can teach you ****, and it doesn't mean you can write.

Most, if not all, books, and definantely videos, on the market are the unfortunate side-effects of the fact that MA has in many ways become a buisness.

OH, and if the guy can't even market this on a website other than e-bay, chances are; it's ****!

Home Study courses don't make you a black belt. Books can only be supplements to training with an instructor. They can't replace it.

there has been info on this guy on jiujitsugear.com - he is all about marketting, in the begining he infered that he was a BB BJJ guy yet at the same time he would talk critically of the art. People emailed his representative and we got the response that he has trained with many BJJ BB but his system has been made by him. People tried to visit his dojo, and it was noted that you had to have an interview with him before you attended class.
If you have ever done a grappling art, you would know that is has a lot to do with mat sensitivity, you need people to work with.
