taking tkd i beleive that it is a very effective style, but i dont believe that korean arts are the most effective at all. That vid didnt prove much, there was no punching to the face, and the kicks didnt seem to do much damage to either opponent. Korean arts would be more effective if they used the same tecniuqes taught in sparring and fighting.
