Grappling injuries

Don't know if this is the appropriate forum for this thread. Oh well.

In line with the sticky about hilarious ways you tap someone, post your humorous grappling injuries (not standard stuff like hyper extensions etc.)

Mine: I've broken (apparently) my right big toe at least once and injured it several other times. The first injury came from rolling over my head from a standard triangle to a mounted triangle on a guy with about 30-40 pounds on me when I was a one year white belt. It wasn't quite set and both of our weight was supported by my toe. I've since repeated this but with shorter recovery times. The first time my toe hurt bad for two-three weeks.

Barely avoided further hilarity the other day when under n-s the guy grabbed my gi and ear. Luckily he readjusted his grip before spinning to an armbar otherwise I wouldn't have to worry about cauliflower anymore.

i dont really have any injuries yet. my big toe is sore from time to time, but other than that i really dont have any injuries.

did you actually fracture the bone in your toe? Or was it just a sprain?

I once got my wrist broken by my former instructor's pendulous ass trying to defend against a knee bar from reverse mount.

It seemed broken and is crooked (and thicker) now. Never got an x-ray though. That's why I put in the "apparently".

I had a ninja master land on my neck in a scramble, teeter-tottering back and forth for a few seconds because he couldn't reach the ground either way and had no base from which to push off.

Went to the emergency room on that one.

Fuckin ninjas.

permanently lost feeling in the back of my head when my partner (205 lbs) rolled out from turtle when i had rear mount and crushed my neck in the process (im 145 lbs). ankle separated from an asshole jerking a heel hook. injured and repaired my rotator cuff numerous times.

So far all ive had is a broken little toe. It seems like broken fingers and toes are fairly regular, and mine healed up fine after a couple weeks of taping.

I once had this beautiful abrasion right across the tip of my nose for two weeks or so. It came from someone's long underwear shirt sleeve. It wasn't from grappling and it wasn't in training, but does that count as humorous?

Some kind of weird pinched nerve thing in my neck that lasted for 3-4 months after a nasty sideways neck crank. We were rolling position only and the guy I was rolling with apparently forgot that part. He cranked, stopped, and then REALLY cranked because I didn't tap. It's probably my fault, but I didn't tap because we were rolling position only.

The pain is ilke a stiff muscle, but low on my neck and in my upper shoulder. It only comes around every once in a while now.
