If its just Boxing you are kinda screwed. Just get better. You basically asked how do I beat someone that is better than me. Since I don't believe in Chi the answer is you don't.
You're going to have to work on your footwork until its better than his and you can keep yourself inside his reach. Luckily you are boxing so he can't run away forever. Try to figure out which side is his favorite escape. Then put him in the corner and work on shutting down that side. Thats what I try to do when I face a good boxer with a reach advantage. Obviously its hard if he also has better footwork so just plan your ring positioning and keep working.
