what If I do the WARRIOR DIET, but instead of eating healthy food at night, can I eat Taco Bueno instead?
I am still cutting off alot of calories by not eating during the day right?

ok, just got through eating the best damn Taco Bueno I have ever had.
I only ate a lowfat cup of yogurt, and the Bueno.

Whatever you call it and however you do it, shouldn't it be about eating when your hungry? For me, if I don't eat carbs for breaky, or lunch, then I'm not that hungry. When I eat carbs for breaky, then at 10:00 AM I eat my lunch, then at lunch I eat like a starving madman again, feel like crap all afternoon, then I'm hungry again at supper. My body is crazy like that.
But that's me. Like I said before, I'm 1/2 native american. I'm Ojibwa from Ontario, Canada. The historic staple for my ancestors (right into this century) was fresh fish, wild game and wild rice. There's lots and lots of relatives on the reserve that eat too much and look and feel like crap. I'm fast approaching being the eldest warrior (I was in Iraq in 2005) in my tribe at age 46.
All the realage.com data indicates that a critical component to longevity is to be lean. Food should be viewed as medicine and not tranquilizers. Anything good for you can be abused if taken in excess for long durations. Except for sex, ice cream and chocolate, gotta have an out ;)

I like what you said about staples. Mostly protien and then some carbs. I usually only have carbs with one meal a day and it's a good portion.
I have check out alot of stuff on the "warriors diet". All in all I like the idea. Numerous small bulky snacks such a cellery or carrots and a good meal at the end of he day. I am not totaly in love with the whole "eat whateverthefuckyouwant" idea. But a nice sized balanced meal makes sense. I am just not down with how diets are sold to the public and this BS about how we evolved to eat like this is horse ****. That's like claiming we evolved to chew bubblegum because we have mouths or we evolved to use TP cuz we all have assholes.

I just started Warrior Diet today. Haven't had any hunger pains, been drinking alot of water.
It may be just in my head, but I got alot of things accomplished today around my place. Usually I just lounge and veg out during the weekends, but not so today. I even did a couple rounds on my punching bag.
I'll update in a week.

I did the WD all week and dropped about 3 lbs, and I had more energy and was more productive at work all week than usual.
I fell off the wagon Friday at lunch. I ate a burrito, which led to me craving more Mexican food, so I ate like a hog Friday night.
I went to sparring class yesterday morning, and then did good all afternoon, but we got pizza for supper and I ate about 7 slices last night.
Then today, I woke up wicked hungry and fought it till lunch, it was going away, but then I did my usual weekend crappy eating thing and had cold pizza and a milkshake for lunch. Now I feel like crap. I was under no stress, didn't need an "out" just bad habits and lack of conscious\disciplined eating.
Tomorrow is another day. I'm still waiting for my WD book to get here so I've just been "faking" the WD so far.
I need to follow TABWYO's advice about no crappy food no matter what! At least that's what I inferred from his posts, talk about discipline!
