Not who I can video. My actual lessons are pretty much one on one with my teacher.

    Sorry.

    man .MOVs? **** that noise.

You will have to wait until I am not at work to here me say what others will have by then said.
There's no choice but to confront you, to engage you, to erase you. I've gone to great lengths to expand my threshold of pain. I will use my mistakes against you. There's no other choice.

Yes it does, even if you do it in thai shorts and a Mongkol.

I know I kinda got into this late, but since you do seem to be crossing your legs too much (I know I do it too much myself at the moment, not to say that it's as much of a problem for you, though). But, how would the bagua circle stepping be correctly used in an actual sparring session?

I'm thinking about it, and aside from the thing with the round kick you talked about before, would it best be used at longer distances where you have less chance of being caught off balance? Or would it be best used in conjunction with some kind of strike or even a counter where you have less chance of being hit and possibly to flank him at the same time (which in my mind would quickly set you up for some sort of followup)? I know you mentioned in another thread that it could be used to generate power in hand strikes because of how you're twisting your body IIRC. I'm trying to work this out in my head, sorry if I'm theorizing a lot but I'm just trying to make sense of it.

And yes, it would be great if you could demonstrate it better in a kind of free sparring session instead of something thats more of a drill.

no, what she's saying is that even if a picture is taken where dudes are doing something stupid for a demo of a move, it doesn't mean the stupid thing they're doing is good or ok.

There are a lot of techniques from that muay thai site I find pretty questionable.
