I'd say take the inserts with you when you go to buy shoes...like wrestling shoes from a sporting goods store. You'll have to go 1-2 sizes larger. Just take your inserts with you to make sure you get a good fit. The store shouldn't have any problem with you trying on shoes with your inserts.
