That none of the above are likely to help you much against a BJJ black belt unless you get really lucky. Biting might give you enough room to get to your feet and get the **** out of there, but it's not some magical panacea that will allow you to defeat a trained opponent.

Seriously Hwang the whole I can "bite grappling" defense is so wrong. Unless you have strange vampire like skills to drain energy all you will do is seriously piss someone off.

Dan Severn tells a good story of being in a wrestling competition in Turkey and having the guy bite his arm. Dan's response was to smash the arm the guy was biting into his face. Then show the ref the teeth embedded in his arm.
