Well, I eat lots of instant noodles and martial training past the punching bag is a rarity because I'm pretty much stuck on base.
In fact, I almost passed out 2 weeks ago in class because of low blood sugar and no food. They got the IV needle in me and everything. :surprised
I got a good amount of endurance though. Usually people say the "skinny but enduring" should take up Tae Kwon Do or something, but the fact is: being big is good. :boxing: -

I ask because I'd like to one day check out judo and get good with that. Small guys usually don't fare well in that art.
Where did you get that impression.
Eat, lift weights, rest. Come back to me in three months.
Have you had any formal training?
And don't take up Tae Kwon Do.Surfing Facebook at work? Spread the good word by adding us on Facebook today! https://www.facebook.com/Bullshido -

The only formal training I've had was boxing and a dabbling in jukite (pretty local martial art if you ask me...some kind of hybrid of ju-jitsu, aikido and karate).
I got the "you must be big" impression from 2 sources:
1 - Dakotajudo's avatar (kidding on this one)
2 - The fact that everytime I see a midget engage in body grappling, they can their ass served on a platter. Not a silver platter either, a GOLDEN one. -

Question on size?

Ohh, about 9" +/-.
:XXjester:
But seriously...
You consider yourself a midget at 5-10" 155lbs?

Combat sports usually have weight classes so you can test and develop what you do without 'OMG heez huge!' getting in the way. Just pick something you like.

Hey. I'm not trolling or looking for pity, I only say "midget" being relative to the idea that you can't be a Judo Monster at 5'10, 155.
