ATTN: Cololorado I'm totally dojo storming you
Hey Cololorado folks.
Little known fact about Sirc here: I was born in at the university of Denver on December 25th, 1985 at approximately 3:10AM CT. Cololorado is my homestate and where I left my heart all those years ago. It was a cold morning in December when we made off to the sunshine state of California back in '92 and I've regretted it every waking moment of my life. The 20 hour drive from Cololorado to California was tough and very long. The last thing I remember when I left the state was seeing the border sign that read, "You are now leaving the state of Colorado." I forget which highway we were on, and I forget what time of day it was. I just remember staring back longingly at the sign watching as it got smaller and smaller until I couldn't tell the difference between it and a speck of dust on the rear windshield.
Anyway, I'm coming back for a visit from the 23rd until the 2nd of May. My cousin's getting married or... something I don't know. I just got an excuse to come back to my beloved homestate. I've come to collect my heart and leave my soul. I've got a week to blow on doing absolutely jack ****. Are there any Cololorado Bullies who want to take a chance at hitting me or something?

I lived in Highlands Ranch/Littleton for a few years when I was a kid and also attended the Colorado School of Mines (Shane Carwin's alma mater!) in Golden my first year out of high school. I was born in Texas and have lived most of my life in the Houston and DFW areas, and consider myself a true Texan... however, I can honestly say that my fondest memories are of my years spent living in Colorado.
If you somehow find yourself in Golden, do yourself a favor and grab a slice of cheesy greatness at Woody's Wood-Fired Pizza; when I went to CSM, going to Woody's was a welcome break from my studies. Along with my memories of the tabletop mesas and the oddly intriguing aroma from the Coors Brewery, I've developed a fondness for the town (and the state as a whole) that I'll always carry with me.
Wait, you wanted to find people to train with? Uhhh... sorry, can't help you there.
