Oh man look at that they are fighting with few rules as we advocate and it is a big mess! Why don't they use some stances and or iron palms?

Basically it ends up like MMA. Somewhat pansy MMA, especially since its only people I know (which means you have a bunch of AP/Honors high schoolers going at each other). But hey, whatever floats your boat right?

Post vids, bitch!!! Seriously though, does anyone who participates actually train or is it all just untrained kids wailing away? Do people do well keeping their egos in check? (Good job on the safety equipment requirement, by the way)

What a bunch of friggin' degenerates. This crap is analagous to the morons that do the back yard wrestling. No training and someone's going to get injured.

Sorry, no one brought a camera to the last one. Hopefully someone will for this one though

I'd say it's about half trained, half untrained.

Off the top of my head, theres
    2 Shaolin
    1 Aikido/Karate/some JMA that I don't remember
1 Ground and Pounder (he did TKD, but it was a while back and he forgot everything)
    1 Karate

Then we've got some ppl who play sports, therefore it's more of their physical conditioning that makes them good.

Be safe. Get people that want to be better at fighting into a good local school.

WOW. Those guys were great!! Their fighting skills were extraordinary, especially the Run-Full-Speed-Flailing-Arms Technique.

They've trained hard and Ashida Kim must be proud.

    Heh. Back to the video

I think we're all in agreement that these kids suck.

Why's everyone so negative? They are doing good. They are just high schoolers, not professional MMA fighters so you can't expect them to look slick.

This is how training should be done. It's hard contact, alive, ect. Can someone point out excactly why this is a bad thing?
