Are my classes safe?
All of our classes are taught in complete safety. There is a 'no contact' rule in effect, which means no one kicks or punches another.
Pff, no touch kung fu sucks.
Hole in one.

The proof is in the details. Note the left foot up on the ball. Thats a no-no in that position.
I always look for stuff like this. Its a sure bet. The little details say so much.

Kung Fu is the grandfather of the martial arts, dating back 1700 years ago. All other martial arts stem from Kung Fu. Other martial arts systems emphasize kicking, punching, or ground grapping techniques. Kung Fu incorporates all these aspects making it the most effetive and complete system. Going beyond just self defence our programs also teach the traditional values and principals needed to succeed in life.

It is true. All martial arts came from Kung Fu. Anyone that says otherwise are in denial.

What's wrong with books?
Books are a great supplement to training.
As long as you aren't learning only from books, books provide a wealth of information about technique, training etc...
i have several books related to training....
Mastering Jiu-jitsu - Renzo Gracie
Kodakan Judo - Jigoro Kano
Numerous boxing related books...
