    How often do you train?

3 times a week. less when slacking. more when a tournament is coming up.

How often do you stay late to do extra drilling and sparring?

about once a week. more when tournaments are coming up.

How much do you study BJJ outside of class?

Rolling on my office floor would be frowned upon so I don't know what you mean.

How often do you apply critical thinking to BJJ and your game?

    ??? All the time...I think.

I have seen many really good blue belts with way more experience than you...and none of them would ever catch a ligit BJJ Black Belt...even if they had a good day, used their favorite move, and the BB was dying of influenza.

It was just training so it's not a big deal. It'll probably never happen again.
