I'm no physics sexpert, but I can tell you a couple of things: Despite the ongoing disagreement of how much force and acceleration are necessary to move the idiotic sack of water that we call the human body, it seems clear to me that -- given the amount of movement that our hero is employing to attain his results -- you need either a lot of mass or a lot of speed; I see neither.
The most obvious example of fudging results is in the third clip, where the guy further away from the camera is sent bounding away by open, outstretched fingers. Even if the guy did have the ability to generate enough power via the hips and legs to move people, he simply wouldn't be able to conduct it through his magical fingers.
