88. Low fat foods may seem less flavorful when you first try them because fat adds flavor to some foods and you are used to that.
The 'Exercise' part consists of poorly presented examples which are just different examples of previous examples.
129. Learn how to snorkel.
130. Learn a new dance.
131. Join a gym.
132. Join a lunch hour aerobics class.
Then 133-141 are all 'examples' of movements you can do in the gym. A squat. A shrug. Do 3 sets of 15. Go slow.
A quick scan of all other 'tips' exposes this to be little more than a jumbled brain-storm of semi-organised ideas that otherwise would seem random and incoherent to the experienced person. Generally this is in very basic laymen terms, without explaning most suggestions given. Clearly an aim for quantity rather than quality was the idea behind his disaster of a project.
This confirms my first impression, I have but one tip for you regarding this e-book. Give it a miss.
