if ur a fighter whats important is ab strnenth,cuzz if u get kicced or punched in tha abs and their weak then ur fucced,plus u get somethin called torque from ur abs that helps wit striking power and lot of thingz so abs r imporant

Look up all these excercises from bodybuilding.com or some other site that is worthwhile, and I swear that in 6 months, if you do ONLY these excercises and go to whatever MA class you are now, your body will be transformed.
