Yes. And that's why it's sad. Do some chinups, dips, pullups (especially gorilla style, they'll provide all the ab work you need) and olympic lifts, especially deadlifts, squats, and bench. Form is key. I repeat, form is key if you don't want to hurt yourself. You know what, it deserves caps. FORM IS KEY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HURT YOURSELF. Look up all these excercises from bodybuilding.com or some other site that is worthwhile, and I swear that in 6 months, if you do ONLY these excercises and go to whatever MA class you are now, your body will be transformed. It worked for me.
