Seriously though I think judging childrens toys using adult standards is going overboard a bit.

When you buy little Johnny the toy medical kit you don't expect him to learn anything meaningful about medicine and you sure as hell wouldn't accuse the manufacturer of promoting some sort of medical malpractice.
