they have great material and many books are rip offs of the early editions of "stretching scientifically". If interested buy on amazon.
I can tell you this: the testimonials are probably true, since those people were really athletic. However, before you can even start this method you need at least a double bodyweight deadlift, a heavy squat (don't know exactly), be able to do 200 sit ups. after that you can start training your iliopsoas, when they are very strong you can finally begin the program. for some people it might take years to even begn the program lol. -
