ahh... dumb people. I was getting lean for a show and a random guy at the gym came up to me:
Idiot:"Hey, you have really gotten cut in the last 2 months, what have you been doing?"
Me: "Just changed the diet, basically I just eat chicken and rice"
He says thanks and walks off....
I see him three weeks later and he says my diet doesnt work.
Idiot: "I don't know I am eating chicken and rice only, like 4 times a day"
Me: "Well that's strange, it's the basic bodybuilder diet, works pretty much for everyone, are you boiling the chicken or grilling it?"
Idiot: " I don't have time to cook, so I just make some rice a roni and pick up a bucket of KFC every night then eat it during the next day."

I don't think he can salvage anything from his body after 3 weeks of that...

rice a roni and KFC?
Bwahahahahaw. That's hilarious.
I have a toaster oven and a rice maker. I can put a chicken leg and some rice on to cook, and play video games for half an hour. Instant dinner.
er....did i say play video games? I meant uh....bench press a hyundai. yeah.
Damn right. I like some veggies, too.
