My name is S.southey I am a doctor, and have been studying with Mateus for about 1 year.. I have no idea what his Black belt test is like becuase ive only got the first grading ....

See, if you LURKED you would know this is standard practice.
If you call **** on a gym or instructor you invite them to the debate.
That way they can defend themselves or look stupid
For a really good example put Satori in our search. Very interesting how BS was called on a gym, the instructor was informed, he came on and defended his art. In the end the instructor actually made the BS caller look like BS.
For a negative outcome for a gym look at Cajun street boxing Keuichi-Do. 2bannings were the result and fraud is close to being called on the instructor.
In both cases instructors were informed and allowed to put up or STFU.The hood mentality is crippling disease, that attacks your nervous system. It makes you nervous of the system. Bullshido seems cool, rooting out the BS in martial arts, all for it, Im not

not fighting) and hasn't been to another sparring session since.
I doubt ill see him again after this fiasco..

Southy, on the other hand is a 23 year old bullshitter, niether a doctor or in the army with a couple of months of training under his belt.

Hey, I know this was posted a long time ago but was wondering if anyone's been in contact with Mateus or has trained with him? I used to train with him in a class and privately in 2006 (I think!), I went to look him up again and the website is down and I have no way of finding out if he still teaches...
By the way, glad it seems to be sorted that the original post wasn't Mateus, he's an intelligent guy and seriously doubt he'd post something so badly written! And also, his real name is Matthew Owens I believe.
