Xbox 360 pictures for sale on Ebay...

Hypothetically speaking. If you put up a picture of the Xbox 360 for sale on Ebay, and you repeatedly said that you would receive only a picture of the Xbox 360 on ebay and then someone who obviously didn't read the advertisement or anything, would you feel bad about it? Would you keep the money and ship them the picture they paid for?

Hypothetically speaking of course.

I did this Freshmen year of high school. I took a picture of a Pentium 4 3.4 GHZ processor BOX and posted it on an auction saying " YOU ARE BIDDING ON WHAT YOU SEE BELOW, I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT COMPUTERS AND AM JUST SELLING THIS FOR A FRIEND". I made 93.12 bucks off of it, I stopped when my account was routinely neg repped about my scam, but it worked a few times. Nothing eBay could do about it because there was nothing deceptive on there.
